The previous answerer was correct in giving you the name of the website dealing with all things related to immigration to New Zealand. However, I feel certain that you will find there is no such thing as a 'Fiance Visa'. I think you've asked this question before and been told this.

Under the 'Family Category (Partnership Policy)' it is possible for a fiance to be categorised as a 'partner'. Under NZ's family category immigration rules, it is possible for a person applying for New Zealand residence (or who is already a resident/national of New Zealand) to sponsor/include in their application another person who is considered to be that person's partner. This normally means that you have to be married, have undergone a civil union ceremony, or have lived together for at least 12 months and in a genuine and stable relationship. It has been known for exceptions to be made if the immigration department are convinced that the relationship is genuine but that you haven't lived together for the required minimum period. However, the final decision as to whether your relationship is of an acceptable status will be made by the NZ immigration department.

Again the website is www.immigration.govt.nz

Please note it is tough to apply for a fiance visa, and your case must be very strong. They are very quickly being declined due to the fact that most people who do apply, apply under false pretenses. Perhaps apply for a 3 month visitors visa, where this can be extended for 9 months.

Good luck!
