The difference in GMT London time and Eastern Stand Time is exactly 5 hours.. EST = -5 hours from GMT Time in London + 5 = EST Time Time in London - 5 = 6 Time in London = 6 +5 Time in London = 11 Therefore, its 11 O'clock in the London in the evening when its 6 pm in the eastern world .
