My husband and I had an appt this weekend to go to the showroom. I was irritated by the way the company would not tell me the deal on the phone, so I started asking questions from people online. I found that the membership fee is $4500 and an additional $200/year. If you do not sign up at the time of your appt, you can't for another 7 years. You have to pay for shipping and apparently you don't save as much money as they claim. About 3 people have told me that the shipping takes 6 weeks or more and the staff are anything but friendly. We are NOT going to DirectBuy for our appt. Everybody on here has told me to RUN.... I am listening!!!

Nope,

because I don't believe in paying fees in order to shop.

There are problems if you don't like the stuff, or service!

Friends of ours did when they were remodeling their home. They loved it. My husband and I had considered it but the $2500.00 dollars it was going to cost us to join was not worth it for our needs.
