Hugs(())... gosh this is a tough one. You're going to hurt for a while, it's part of the healing process. Eventually the emptiness will go away but until it does. Keep busy doing things that you love. Spend time with your family and friends. Maybe now would be a good time to join a health club, start a new hobby. Look to your family for support and sometimes that may not be enough you may need to seek advice from a professional for a period of time until you do feel stronger.
My heart goes out to you hun, wish you all the best. You'll do fine, it just takes time.

Walk through the pain. It's going to hurt for awhile. Just try to keep busy and look for other interests. Losing a relationship that long is like a death in the family. It just takes time. Cry when you need to, but don't let it overwhelm you. Life does go on and there is a new one there just waiting for you. Good Luck

depends on whether your male or female, and what the cause of the breakup was, if he or she has found someone else, just tell yourself your well rid, but dont get hooked up straight away on the rebound. Spread your wings and do the things you always wanted to do.
