If your intention is to do an MBA, then I would recommend that you get a job first. There are 3 main reasons for this. First, the average work experience for a MBA student is 6 years for full-time students, and 10 plus years for part-time students. This is because you need the experience to get the maximum benefit out of an MBA. Second, most MBA schools have a minimum work experience criteria. This could range from 2 years or even more. Third, an MBA is very expensive. You will need the funds in place in order to be relatively stress-free on that front so you can concentrate fully on the demanding program.
However, there are some schools that offer places to selected fresh graduates who demonstrate the necessary aptitude and potential to do an MBA with little or no work experience. You'll have to check out the schools individually. I can tell you that the Australian Graduate School of Management (www.agsm.edu.au) has such an option, and in fact, they even have a program called CareerStart@AGSM which will help you get placements at large corporations as part of your MBA program. The MBA for CareerStart will take 3 years instead of 18 months as a result, but you get the advantage of exposure to potential employers for an extended period of time (2-3 6-month attachments if I'm not mistaken).
Good luck!

I would take the job. You need a break from school for a while. Some employers will help you to go to school later. Find out if the company has this program. If not, consider going part- time after you sit out for a semester or two. This job will give you some actual experience to put on your resume as opposed to only having the degrees.

Depends on what area of speciality of Hotel you have chosen. India is very tough as far as competition goes you could do a PG course if you know where you want to reach in the Industry.
