Katholieke Universiteit Leuven: A HUGE university in Belgium and the oldest Catholic university in Europe. They have a science faculty in a beautiful suburb called Heverlee just 10 mins by bus from Leuven centrum.

Leuven is a Dutch speaking city in Flanders, but it has a French-speaking sister city called Louvain-la-Neuve in Wallonia where the French version of the same university is located. I'm sure one of the two cities should offer a course in science and maths instructed in English. KU Leuven also has a campus in Kortrijk.
