The add/remove botton won't work and the uninstall from their website doesn't work. I have just installed avast! and want to install blueyonders security package. It says I have to uninstall both avast and norton-any way round this? What else would be good to run alongside avast if i can't use blueyonders package??

Login as Administrator and uninstall both. Do uninstall Blueyonder too.
And regarding Blueyonder use, buy a network cable for around 1-2 pounds, and connect through it. You do not need any software like blueyonder and you will free one USB too. Works perfectly fine for me.

1) see u just delete the shortcut of norton, a window will come that can take you to add or remove programme! after that you can try!
2) the another way is that you go to my computer and then to program files and then go to norton and after that you click on uninstall

Go to Start-Run-Type "Msconfig."

Disable anything that has Norton in the name. This should stop it from bothering you. You may have to resize some of the columns, but mousing over their boundaries at the top of the screen.

When the computer starts back up, check the box telling you that you don't want Msconfig to come up whenever you start the computer.

That's it!
