Take it from someone whos tryed it, i met my ex on the net and we were 2gether 4 2 years, but remember if u do they can always turn to the net again if things get complicated, my advice is get to know the person really well first, when u meet , meet in a crowded place not in a secret spot and then c how it goes then gradually things will fall in2 place

use icq. i been using it since 2000 but u need to bear in mind not to get yourself too involved in the chat as sometimes ppl do fall in love through chat and that is where hurt and pain come in. You may need to try alot of time before someone will response to u. this is vey normal for those in US, USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Under your profile, do give ppl some idea where u are from, your age, sex. you wouldn't like to talk to someone u barely knows isn't it. last but not least, don't flirt with the girls there, this will most probably turn them away! good luck.

Try msn you will meet loads of new people, but why dont you try and go out and meet real people because you have to be careful about the people you meet on the internet......beware x
