Three questions:

1) What company anticipates your needs, provides excellent customer service, information, etc?

2) What specifically makes them superior (call center has the right answers, knowledgeble employees, good return policy, quick repair, in home repair provides good time windows for service, etc, etc.)

3) What does it feel like to be a customer there? Why keep coming back?

I would say NO customer service provides excellent service to everyone. It is not even possible.

If I had to chose, it would be a SMALL BUSINESS, all the larger corps have too many customers, pay too little and forward the calls to call centers around the world and hire individuals that do not speak proper English. Sorry, I HATE CUSTOMER SERVICE> use computers and emails rather than having to actually "talk", "understand", and be satisfied with the outcome of a human.
