choose as per level of excellance,as u haven't metion which type of arena ur working upno..and what level of competenices peeps u hired in ur company..
u atleast need to tell the level of ur employees..Ok
Fresher: 5-8K
1-2 exp- 8-12K
2-5 exp - 12-20K
do listen to ur employees and keep on refining ur team ..as keep guys who used to jack of all trades...and choose competent one's and provide training to them as per company nneds...
many more things which needed to be done as boss..at ur level ..as u will learn them slowly slowly...

It depends on which country u have opened.... and BTW when u r owning a company why would u give salary to employers... was it a typo?
