For my money, "Jaws". First half, great horror film. Second half, ultimate adventure movie. "Schindler's List" was great, but depressing. I only ever watched it once. It was moving, but who could sit thru it multiple times. "Jaws" I've probably seen 20 times. By the way, I watched "Raiders of the Lost Ark" recently for the first time in years, and it didn't age as good as I thought it would...

The critically acclaimed (max. critics praised it) film of Spielberg is "Amistaad".
But according to me it is "E.T."
