If she's multiorgasmic, she's lucky. It can happen. Unfortunately, it's not as common as we women would hope, but it's highly possible, depending on the individual.
How do you know it's true?
You can't tell if she's faking it, but you know it's true for sure if she has a gusher. But don't expect fluids all the time.

You cant always tell ... some women are... 'well schooled ' in the art of faking it. But when its real, you will probably know... there will be some things she will do which she cant control, sorry i cant elaborate!
Regards multiple orgasms? YES it happens some women have many minor orgasms before the BIG one! someone told me she counted 7, lost count, then continued and went up to 14!! If i remember well, she recommended i get my u know what 'bronzed'!

well it depends what you are doing to her that gives her the orgasm...
For example, if you are still inside her when she orgasms, you should be able to feel her vagina muscles contract and squeeze your penis
(but this is not always true for ALL women)
Womens orgasms and mens orgasms are two completely different things.
I guess an orgasm to a guy is mostly PHYSICAL (meaning that feeling you get just as u ejeculate)
And a womans orgasm can not only be physical, but also EMOTIONAL (or a combination of both)
So to be honest, there's not DEFINATE way to tell... but you should be able to tell by the look on her face AFTERWARDS....
