What a wonderful question!
I don't think violence is the answer to anything! I would like to see a fairer distribution of the world's wealth and resources, less corruption in governments (particularly in developing countries), a cessation of war, clean drinking water available on tap, food for everyone who's hungry, education for all children, and a general spirit of 'helping those less fortunate than ones self'. And, of course, stop all wars and put the money into those things I've mentioned.

Unfortunately, war is in our very nature, right down to our genes. It has been going on for all of human history, and the people who lament it have not been able to stop it.
Most religions are against evil doing, but religion has not been able to stop war. Nor have a host of well-meaning plans like the creation of the League of Nations. New ideas, the lessons of history, and good intentions are not enough to overcome basic human nature.
There are some programs we could adopt to reduce war, etc. These programs could include programs to reduce ethnic tensions (think Rwanda) and spreading democracy. But ultimately, they do not address the core issue.
If anything were ever effective, it would be a program to modify our genetic make-up. Not very likely to happen, but it is the only solution that would actually be more than just hot air.
An interesting approach to this is discussed in the novel "Hominids" by Robert Sawyer. In his book, those who commit crimes are sterilized, along with relatives who share 50% genetic material. After a few generations, there is almost no crime.
Smiling more and writing happy songs sounds nice, but has been accomplished much in the past. Consider this definition: Insanity is the repetition of the same action over and over, each time expecting a different outcome.

Treat people as we want to be treated. We've become cold and indifferent. People need to get back to the basics of helping our fellow man. Really love one another and not just in word but deed. We will never be able to stop wars they come and go. But if each one of us would stop for a minute and ask our selves, How can I make a difference today? I think that would be the beginning of more peace among us.

Remove all Muslims from the face of the earth and the world will be very happy place to live. In the world today, all problems are because of this unfortunate religious group and whatever you say or do, you cannot change them. Imagine they will have 21 virgins waiting for them in heaven for one jihadi Can you beat this?

Shoot to kill, instead of the mamby pamby pansy response about their poverty, or lack of jobs...
You threaten my home and family, you die. All the books in the world call this justified, in the name of survival. It is not 'murder' to respond to a murderer with deadly force.
There are 70 million MORE privately owned firearms in America today, than in 1960, and the crime rate is the lowest ever (FBI report 2005).

Don't vote for a candidate whose party supports: wars against countries that are not an imminent threat, discrimation or exclusion, or hateful, divisive rhetoric. If such a party is in power, you will have more war, hatred and general unhappiness.

You can't make the world happy...that's a fallacious premise. You can stop the war by killing everybody on one side of it, but in order to do that you'd have to wage war. Ironic...isn't it?.
