I don't a lot about html and codes or whatever that stuff is.?

I'm having trouble in getting the right code in these site http://www.pimp-my-profile.com/flash-mp3-player because i don't know how to get the music url that it requires. so how or where can i find the url of the audio music if the music is already in your computer files.

you have to put mp3 music on to your computer and then get the URL
