If you get annoyed people treating her like a boy stand up for yourself. Say shes a girl and if you start treating her like a girl you wont be able to have contact with her. Or as my cosuin suggests who is with me right now take off her nappy and show them that she is a girl

Whenever you have questions concerning your child's growth, you should consult a pediatrician or a doctor at a free clinic. There are specific growth charts for almost all aspects of child growth and a doctor can tell you in which range your child is. I am not sure I clearly understand your question, but if you are asking about hair, then your probably should consult a doctor. There are many different reasons why a child's hair doesnt grow or falls out. Some are harmless but others can be dangerous so you should take your child to a doctor for a physical as soon as possible.

You can't do much about the hair, it will grow out when the time comes. In the mean time dress her in a dress and put pretty head bands. I also know that some parents shaved their baby boy or girl when they were 4 mths old so baby can have thick hair. But I'm not sure if there is any scientific truth to that.

Relax. Your daughter's hair will start to grow eventually. My daughter's hair did not start growing until she was almost 3. Just politely correct people when they mistake her for a boy and go on your way. There is absolutely nothing to worry about and nothing you can do to speed things up.

Dont worry, I didnt have hair until I was 2 years old and now my hair is long and thick! Every baby is different. She will grow her hair soon I'm sure. For now, keep her in pink! (my Mom was worried and frustrated just like you)
