Yes.

I know this as the shipping terms are "Free Domicile" (I work with shipping computer parts). OUtside the EEC it is DDU or DDP (meaning customs duty has to be paid)

Yes and one of the nicer countries in Europe even though its absolutely freezing cold in winter.One of the best places for skiing (especially if you're a novice) of all types not just downhill skiing
