if u dont have a pet parrot ..have u ever talked/listened to a parrot who speaks ??
my friend's parrot not only speaks ,it sings ^-^ amazing ..lol

i'm a pirate, ya know!!
he says "welcome home" when i walk through the door
my 2 year old tells him to "shut up" Blackbeard the Parrot says "no, you shut up"
i tell him to 'walk the plank' and he says 'ye scurvy nave'
yes, short conversations, and he can sing some little songs...he and my 4 year old daughter sing "i'm a little tea pot"

I had a parrot a few years ago. He never spoke but he always whistled at me whenever i got dressed or came out from the shower. I really don't know what was going through his mind.

My mother has a dog and when I visit he always looks like he has something to say. But no parrot.

Yeay. i talk with my parrot. it's a young African Grey. It's still learning to speak, but it cant say the basics. It can mimick laughter! iT'S SO FUNNY!

One of my friends has one and after so many years he finally calls my name every now and then!
Quite a progress as he used to shout the f word to me!!!
