Pretty close.. I'm in the military like i wanted to be when i was 10, I'm engaged though and I when i was a little girl i was a bit a feminist and thought i would never get married. I'm also in college as well and pursuing my degree in psychology which I didn't think was for me. So overall it's all good. Everything is going to plan and then some I guess :)

No my life is definitely not what I expected it would be. It's better than I expected. In the last 10 years I had a child I never thought I would have, I went back to college to get a degree in radiology.

Life has also been worse. I witnessed pain, suffering and great losses in not only my family, but in the world. I guess that's where I got the motto for my life "What doesn't kill us will only make us stronger."

Life .... life is like a box of chocolates..... (Forest Gump)
life is a poker hand, deal with it or fold. (my father in law)
life is short so make the best of each moment. (unknown)

Ten years ago, I didnt think that i would still be alive today. Life's not perfect but i dont want perfection, just life is good. I dont expect much so Im always pleasantly surprised by what it brings. There is only ever 24 hours in my life and i enjoy each day as it comes. It seems to be getting better & better but only since i decided its down to myself to make it that way. Somewhere along the way, i got to know myself, decided i wanted to like what i am & wonderful people & events began to arrive. So.. yes it is better.. and different

ten years ago, i was eleven and hadn't given my life much thought. but i do remember i wanted to be a pychologist or a lawyer because all my teachers said those would be good careers for me because of my ability to pay particular attention to small detail and analyze things really well. now, i mindlessly over look small details and analyzing is a thing of the past. i have been given up the dream of being a lawyer or pychologist because i didn't have the money for school and i gave into society and thought i wasn't going to make it because i was a black female. so now i am persuing something more obtainable, a career in fitness. am i happy with my life? to be honest no, but i'm very grateful for things and can't complain and won't.

Have been thinking about this for a few months now. I feel that my life now is different from what I've imagined 10 years ago. He**, I wasn't even imagining this sort of life then. You could say it worse, but only from a certain point of view, and better from another point of view. But right as he** different.

10 years ago I would never have imagined that would be where I am, doing what I do or travelling as much as I have had to.

There have been ups and downs ofcourse but overall, it has been very different.

Very different.
