Basic components used in electronics: diodes, transistors, resistors, all semi-conductor devices, chip, printed circuit boards, capacitors, impeders, heat sink, - In that when I mention all semi-conductor devices there can be N-P-N or P-N-P junctions.

If you mean actual components rather then units/measurements, then we have - Resistors, Capacitors, Inductors, Diodes, Transistors, Power Sources (such as batteries), and Switches.
There are many other components such as ICs (Integrated Circuits), LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), Motors etc, but these aren't what I would term 'basic components'.
