If you mean actual components rather then units/measurements, then we have - Resistors, Capacitors, Inductors, Diodes, Transistors, Power Sources (such as batteries), and Switches.
There are many other components such as ICs (Integrated Circuits), LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), Motors etc, but these aren't what I would term 'basic components'.
