Yes I took mine at www.mtps-uk.com
They said I had to come back for more training as I didn't get to a very good level the first day, well it was my first time and no extra to pay, my instructor said that they work one to one with you if you find it a bit hard to keep your balance and even if it takes 3 days there's on extra charge
I loved it and they made it easy for me

a CBT is judged by the way you ride, if you ride well on the open part where you get used to the controls and such then you will be allowed to venture out onto the road with the instructor but if you show a lack of safety or indeed you can't ride in a manner that protects yourself and other users around you, you will fail most places do a thing where you pay a small amount of money and you get to practice on a car park for an hour then you can decide to brush up from there on. in each case the instructor will tell you what's going wrong and they WILL know exactly what's going wrong!

Hi,
i did mine a couple of years back and before I did it I'd only ever been on a twist and go.
CBT stands for Compulsory Basic Training, which means you have to do the training. There's no real test as such, the trainer will just make sure you have very basic ability.
When I did mine out of about a dozen people everyone passed, although I have heard of some people having to go back for some extra training.

Its not guaranteed that you will leave with your CBT certificate on the day, but I think alot of places offer 'Guaranteed Pass' in the sense that if you dont pass on the first day that you do it, they wont charge you (or will charge you less) when you come back a second time.

CBT = Compulsory Basic Training. It's a training course, not an exam.

no. CBT means compulsory basic training. it makes sure your safe to go out on the road. if you fail it's the bus for you mate! by the way it's not rocket science. IT'S COMMON SENCE!! so don't worry too much about it. have a bit of confidence and you'll be ok. good luck!!!

On the contrary if you display a dangerous inability to control the motorcycle or scooter you WILL fail.
You will have to pay for extra lessons until the instructor considers that you are not a danger to yourself or others. Obviously!

Its not somthing you can pass or fail as it is not a test it is a certificate. most people get it in one day (assuming its a one day course you do). Some people (like me) take a little longer to do it as they won't issue it until they are sure you are safe to allow you on the road by yourslef.
very few people though never get it.

As long as you don't crash fall off and show common road sense you can't fail ! if you do fail you will be invited back to try again ! if your a right fu*k wit and look like your a danger to yourself or others you will be told to stay off the road and keep to the bus lol
