When i am sad, i go to the "End of the World', it's a cliff a few miles from my house with a 180 degree view of city lights. It's fantastic. it's realy sentimanetal to me. Lots of memories!
When I am happy... Burn nightclub in Durban, South Africa. it's the best rock / metal club in Africa!!!

Depends on the personality. For me? I read and withdraw when sad. I enjoy company and group activities - especially sports - when I am happy. I am often happy by disposition but not in a loud Yee Hah!!! manner. I have a good self image. Best Regards

a walk in the wind for both ways,
i might go to a cemetery where it
is quiet and always windy for some
strange reason, my wife is there,
so i go there & walk about the grounds
alone & with the wind at my face ...
& just think about why the sadness
or happiness & share the moment
with my presence in natures ways ...
Or i'll go for a hike in the forest or woods
& express the same feelings as stated above ...

For both, Waterloo Bridge in London. About halfway across, especially at sunrise or sunset. It's the best place in the world.
