It hurts too much to sleep, turning over hurts!

try sleeping on your back, it will keep the shoulder in a neutral position. really warm baths or showers will help loosen the muscles and try something like tiger balm, rub a535, myoflex, etc to keep it loose while you sleep. You could also try a heating pad. best of luck

Mona vie juice cured my wife's Tendonitis. Some people get a magnet pad for pain relief (see Magnet Therapy by Dr Lawrence and Dr Rosch). Check the Pill Book Guide To Natural Medicines by Murray for natural remedies for pain and inflammation. Good luck!

Heat pack and Anti-Inflammatories... take Nurofen Plus or something as strong as that ... it will help you sleep and will reduce the tendonitis.

Try a nice hot shower then put heating pad on it when you go to bed.

ouch...try Flex All...you can get it at the local drug store..it is for tendonitis....
