Would you rather

Be head of a large company, lots of strees, dealing with difficult and different queries and problems all day, working weekends, travelling far and wide, little free time... But loads and loads of MONEY

OR

A normal job where you know (most of the time) what you are doing every day, whom you report to, who reports to you, where you have to be everyday, your weekends are free, you rarely travel, and you just about levae the office at 5pm. (the money is OK)

(bare in mind that these are complete opposite ends of the spectrum and there is loads of stuff inbetween... what would you choose if faced with just these two options?

I ask myself this question all the time, but I guess the answer depends on what you are good at. Some people are driven by the stress of high power, some by money, some prefer a more quiet life and some would like just to be comfortable.

As I am young and single with no commitments except a mortgage I'd do the first option for a few years, bank all the money to pay for a house and then swap to the second option when the time is right.

I think I would choose the stressful job with loads of money, then retire early (hopefully before the first heart-attack and live a life of relaxed luxury.

I would prefer A, because I am a little power mad, love being in control and work better under pressure, and I get bored easily, I always enjoy pushing myself and a dead end job would do my head in, the skys the limit, and I need to be closer to it all the time!

The BIG job, not for the money, i'd be bored with a 9-5

Top Dogs are not stressed, they just want you to think they are. Its part of the big conspiricy to keep the slaves at work.

My job is okay and the money is alright for the area where I live, but get alot of time off to spend with my family and that to me is worth more than worth it.

i think if i could be really sure that the first option would work and lots of money would be made, of course the first one. working hard for 5 years and having the freedom to do what you wanna do for the rest of your life afterwards, sounds like heaven for me.
