In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.

But most answers are right.

Still no harm in trying cannot hurt, may help only.

The FEW thing I did at least help me.

Swimming.

Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Stretching exercises.

Find them on line.

Chin ups.

Full stretch type.

Swinging from a rope.

Full stretch climbing.

In other words do things that require stenching.

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.

Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".

Issue of Genes:

You know Only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.

I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active, I again believe that certain exercises can activate those dormant genes.

long looks pills work best. but you could try swinging on the rings for 5 minutes continuously say... 3 times a day. And drink a lot of water. You could also try the tada asana ( a yoga posture which includes standing erect with both feet firmly on the ground and arms stretched taunt towards the sky). Do this 10 times a day for a duration of 1 minute each time (approx.).

If you are below 18 you will gain height as per your genes automatically.just keep yourself physically active too along with your studies.But after 18 the height gain is minimal,you cannot do anything medically to increase your height.You might try pull-ups but again if genetically you are short you dont gain much height,just in cms.The fashion designers do tell you you to dress in a way that shows you taller,slimmer etc.So,I guess if you wore dresses (is it used only for female apparels?)with smaller prints and vertical stripes you could look taller.

If you are below 21 then do pull ups twice daily. Do yoga also because it stretches the body as well as increases the digestion to improve you height. Eat lot of calcium based foods and you will defenitly increase your height.

Without taking growth hormone, which is illegal and dangerous without a perscription, before you are an adult, or a leg stretching operation, you will probably be stuck at the height you are at by the time you are 19-21.

this may well be a classic height, and that i assume, the peak of female strengthen even after 18 years.. so which you want no longer subject. even then in case you want to placed on a height greater, you have stable sleep, stable weight loss plan and stable excercise like rope...

as height is a heriditary factor and it generally increase upto the age of 18years. you can do skipping , cycling to increase your height. if all these attempts were failed you can go to the orthopaedic surgeon where he can suggest you for''illizaroves ''techniqes.

whtas your age fella???if u abve 18 nothings gonna help much but otherwise u can try bakset ball and swimming also take in lots of proteins and calcium
