It is true that honest people, particularly Indian, opt for lucrative profession because the dirty politics is not meant for them. If the politicians were honest India would have been the most developed country in the world leading all others. Somewhere somebody has told that Indian needs more Birlas & Tatas rather than Gandhis or Nehrus.

What do you mean Lucrative and where does Honest goes with lucrative. Ask questions correctly by using correct word. If a Honest man takes lucrative he is inclined towards money/wealth and not interested in Honesty. Check yur qwestin ons agin. O.K

I don't think so. There is nothing more lucrative and rewarding than politics. Honest people stay out of it because the structure of power politics is mostly based on deceit and rhetoric. That's why they look for other careers.
