i just had break up with my fiance and now i'm on the way to find a new partner. i want to find right person and do not want to loose him.

2. Understanding between the two which should not leave any details
3. Attitude to forgive and forget
4. An approach to give and take
5. Trust in each other.
6. Ready to standby when times of distress, of each other
The last one is very important equally like the others or more than that. Experience would have taught you already.
