Will normally charge you an admin fee which can be very high depending on the airline. If it is a low budget airline it is sometimes not possible to change names, best to contact your supplier.

I don't know, it is possible. My suggestion is try to call the place where you got the ticket from and ask questions if it can happen. If so, then it can take place from there. Wherever you got this ticket from -- only way is call or E-mail.
