A great product I highly recommend to increase stamina is X5POWER ENERGIZER. I think it's a great product, not only you'll increase your stamina you'll also be healthy. It's made from a type of medicinal mushroom called Cordyceps, that's been used for the last 1500 years for all types of medical problems in Traditional Chinese Medicine. X5POWER ENERGIZER is not your ordinary type of Cordyceps it's 5 times more potent than the best wild collected ones (which costs like $7000/kg).
You can find more information on this product at http://www.x5power.com/detail_energizer/detail_energizer.php
You can find some research and articles on Cordyceps here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?db=PubMed&term=cordyceps
By the way, if you are someone that have irregular lifestyle, can't sleep well, or male 40 years old and up, this is definitely a great product for you. It actually helps with impotence too. You'll have great energy, get more things done and help your body detoxify. It's kinda like all-in-one package.
Also, if you don't like taking supplements or pills, drinks etc. I would highly recommend pilates. Everytime after I get out of a pilates class, I feel great for the rest of the week. I like more yoga/pilates type. It worked wonders for me.
Hope all this helped and good luck.

Take a mild dose of creatine it helps replenish your body's supply of ATP (Energy Currency). it works for me. Do not take creaine with caffeine as caffeine will conver it to useless creatinine.
