No.
There are about 40 living species that do not have the ability to fly:-
Penguins (although anyone who has seen penguins swimming will have observed that they "fly" underwater)
Ostriches
Emus
Rheas
Cassowaries
Takahes
There were many other species of flightless bird which are now extinct, the most famous being the Dodo.
Most flightless birds evolved in areas (usually on islands) where there were no predators. Flight is primarily a means of escaping from predators and in the absence of predators the maintenance of powerful flight muscles is unnecessary. Furthermore, on small islands the ability to fly may actually be a disadvantage - birds may get blown out to sea if they are flying and be unable to return to land. The prime example of such an Island is New Zealand where, before the arrival of Man about 1,000 years ago there were no mammals at all to prey on the birds.
The one living exception to the Flightless birds being primarily on islands is the Ostrich which has instead evolved high speed and powerful claws to deal with predators.
There are several other species which have a "marginal" ability to fly... most notably, domestic chickens can only fly very poorly because this ability has been bred out of them by Man. Other species need long take-off runs or need to launch themselves from a height in order to gain sufficient speed to get airborne.

No all birds do not fly. Here is some examples. An emu is a bird, has wings, but does not fly. Neither does ostriches or penguins.

No, Turkeys can fly but not very high or for long, there are many types of land birds.. I think a penguin is a bird but it never leaves the ground or water.. I think what is considered a bird is a beaked animal that lays eggs! lol.. doesnt have to fly!

No all birds do not fly, like the ostrich. The body size and weight is bigger than the span of the wings and therefore they cannot achieve lift.

No they don't.
The ostrich is a non flying bird, as is a peacock and the Dodo which is now extinct could not fly.
I don't think a chicken can really fly either.

Have never as yet seen a penquin fly and it would be darn hard for an emu to fly with such a big body and small wings.
