CHAVS - Whats Your Opinion on Them?

What do you think of chavs? Are all chavs bad, do you think they sport bad dress sense, and have serious drug, alcohol and smoking habits? Anything else?

There is good and bad in all races! What I really dislike, is they wear the pants down to their knees. Seems, the have a 20 pound of poopoo!!
