i am unhappy muslim woman married with a muslim man that i dont love and i never loved i had children because i estimated that it will be the only thing good that i have done in all my life. i fall in love with christian man and now i cannot imagine my life without him. we want to get married after my divorce but if i will marry him i will loose my children because they will not be allowed to leave with christian man . i am also worried about my futur life when i will be married to him because of religion

If you don't love your husband then you must tell him and explain the situation. He needs to understand what is going on.
You are a Muslimah first and foremost. You must remember that giving your faith to your children is one of the most important things you will ever do.
This life is short, we will not be here long. Don't make stupid mistakes that you will have to pay an eternity for.
Your love for God must be stronger than any other love.
Marriage with the christian is not possible and not worth it. If you can help him find Islam (not by force) then maybe its possible.
BUT ALL THIS TALK IS MEANINGLESS UNTIL YOU TALK TO YOUR HUSBAND!

The idea is that women will have a just relationship with a Muslim Man, and will not have a just relationship with a Non-Muslim, because Non-Muslim men do not have the same degree of obligations to their wives in their theological doctrine. Since, in Islamic Doctrine Muslim Husbands are supposed to have more obligations towards their wife and family; Muslim women are told to marry a Muslim man. The obligations for a Muslim Husband makes it more just for a Non-Muslim women of the book (Jewish and Christian) to marry a Muslim. Therefore its permissible for a Muslim man to Marry a Non-Muslim woman of the book. Peace.

You have not mentioned your age, but at least I can workout, as you have mentioned about kids. But still you are very young. Before taking any step, please think, what the surety, you will get all happiness, which you never experience as yet? What will be the future of your kids? in search of love, you are going to spoil their future. So please, think all the relevant aspects, all the glittering is not gold !!! Instead, try to resolve the misunderstandings and discuss the problems with your hubby, try to resolve them, and find happiness among your hubby and kids. Because one wrong decision is enough to spoil many lives at a time !!!! More over, you must know that, Islam is not only for identity, you are fortunate enough, that you are muslim, so for worldly things, dont waste this precious gift. So if you fail to resolve your problem with present husband, please, try to look for the alliance in same community you are. Thanks.

Where are you? If you are in the US custody will be based on US law and not your religion. And in the US the law almost always favors the mother. Can't tell you about anywhere else.

get you a good job before you divorce,the only way your husband can keep the kids is if he can prove that you can't provide for the kids.No judge can take kids from the mom because of their religion.

dont marry a christian guy, its like marrying a pope, u can just imagine that. i suggest you stick with your hubby, exercise more often, be sexy and hot, and be wild in bed. that should solve your problem
