These home remedies can provide you with d better treatment than anything that you would get from a doctor. Well, one of d best home remedies for sun burn is to apply cold water to d affected areas of your body. This can be done by simply placing cold compressions on d affected area for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. But if you're looking for a more long term solution, you can soak in a bath of cold water. This might be a bit uncomfortable on d rest of your body, but it will feel great (good healing effect) on your sunburn.

Also, another good sunburn home remedy that's easy to follow includes is by drinking lots of water. upon loading up water you'll be fighting dehydration, & then at d same time speeding up d healing process of your sunburn problem.

On d other hand, sprays & lotions can work also. The good thing about these medications is that they can be bought over b counter, & they are usually what doctors esp. dermatologists recommend anyhow. Remember that d lotion must contain Aloe Vera. For this will speed up d healing process, & will make your skin feel so much better...

Finally, d popular Calamine lotion is good if you feel itching is killing you. This is scientifically been proven to be one of d best ways to take d itching sensation out of sun burnt skin...

You need to get Fruit of the Earth brand Aloe Vera Gel. Mine is called Cool Blue or something like that. It makes your burn feel sooo much better. I had horrible sunburn this summer. It totally helped!

Aloe Vera is good. Just break off a piece of the plant and rub it on. I think I heard that vinegar will take the sting out. Plenty of lotion also keeps the skin from drying out.

this may be the most bizarre thing you have been told yet but believe me it works. start the shower and get in with water at nice cool temperature, once in start turning off the cold slowly until you cant stand the heat any more then when you get out the normal air temp feels so good the your skin starts cooling it self off then sleep with bed sheets only you don't want to hold the heat in.
