You can't.

You need special software for creating fonts, it's more complicated than simply drawing pretty looking letters.

Also there is no Microsoft Word font format, generally speaking you'd be using a format called TrueType.

You can create the characters, but you have to have a font creator program to make it work with your keyboard.
