People do not think clearly when the mind is clouded with anger and rage.
Please ask YOURSELF this question again when shelling out your hard-earned money for breaking something or hurting someone.
Anger shows fear and gives your enemies a glimpse of something that bothers you (a weakness).
If I want to destroy somebody i first find out what makes them mad then i know what they are afraid of.
Think about it........what would make you angrier.....a little girl handing you a flower......or some punk who calls you a name in front of others of your age.......why?
You do not fear the little girl but you fear that your peers will believe the insult that was just hurled at you. Thus you get angry.
Truth hurts. Show no anger and you show no fear. Get even, not angry.

It happens a lot. Being able to control your temper though should be your goal. Many think its fashionable to loose it and bash others..especially in public. Remember this...loosing YOUR temper is never the other person's fault. Here is a quote I would like to share with you.
"Whenever things are not going your way, use it as a chance to show how much class you have".

a temper is ok its a nice healthy thing that helps release ur anger and so looseing it is only normal, i mean there is only so much u can take form one really naggy person rite?
just b sure that u dont lash out at people near u maybe get a baseball bat and smack some apples (or a ball i just find exploding fruit is very satisfying wen im angry) around ur garden, or chop logs up (really helpful as anger can help break larger ones thus lowering ur anger lvl) or listening to music also helps

Your first sentence in detail says dose of rage. Your question says loosing temper every so often. The first one is good and the second one requires analysis.

Learning to express your anger is one of the primary life skills that every child must learn but they must also learn to manage their anger. Releasing anger in a negative manner so that it impacts negatively upon others is not the way! Find productive ways of harnessing your angry energy for example music or art. If you do find yourself in a situation whereby you could lose control of your anger, you need to learn to walk away and give yourself five minutes of breathing space so that you can later return to the situation in a more positive manner ready to discuss why you felt so angry. Hope this helps!

No that's normal. It's when you lose your temper all the time over silly little things, that's when you start to worry.

You need to discharge your pent up agression to get over it and as long as you don't hurt anyone in the process it's good for you. You could always take up boxing?

Yes, but have the tendency to bottle it up too often. Not good for the stress levels.

It could be a bad thing if you can't control yourself. If you get so bad you can't stop your self from doing something like pushing him or hitting him then its bad because you could be saying "it wasn't my fault he fell down the stairs, i didnt meant to push him"
