Why do so many people on here ask questions that could easily be answered by looking info up on the net? They are already online so why not do a little research?!

so they can get points on here I suppose, people ask all sorts, most of it you can find out online but then there wouldn't be much else to ask, also sometimes you can have trouble finding the particular thing you are looking for online, trawling through loads of text can be a chore, thats what you guys are for, to make things speedier and it can be interesting the variety of answers you get from people.

these people don't trust the internet. you can create profesional looking websites eeasily these days and just lie on them. also these people want a personal response and many opinions. these days, it seems the world wants you to stay at home selling all kinds of stuff online, so instead of gettin info from a lying robot they want info from a truthfull popultion of human beings so they don't feel so alone!!

Sometimes u can't really find the answer (when it took u about an hour already) that you may need to ask here.

Because it means interacting with other people (albeit from a distance), you get to see a lot of different answers, even if they're sometimes wrong, but most of all it's more fun!!

we are learning to type also-seriously, i`ve learned a lot of new sites here, mainly from looking at other peoples Q &A`s , why did you ask this, when you could have read all the past answers pertaining to this topic, this is a question, that is asked a lot ie, does he- she like me ? why don`t you spell right ? & the worst of them all-if a woodchuck could chuck wood. because this is ANSWERS!

sometimes it's better to ask an expert that may be browsing yahoo answers than trawl through wesites, you also get different points of view etc...it's just fun!

because this is fun and a way to interact w/ other people.... and it's fun. besides people sometime put things in a way easier to understand that some website would. also, it is fun.
