Yes.......fresh air and lots of excercise. Go climb up and down a mountain all day in the sun and see how you feel about making love afterward.

Ginseng
Ginseng is one of the best-selling herbs in the United States. In much of Asia, ginseng is prized as a revitalizer for the whole body, partly due to the human-like shape of the root. Horny Goat Weed
According to folklore, horny goat weed's reputed aphrodisiac qualities were discovered when a Chinese goat herder noticed increased sexual activity in his flock[ after they ingested the weed. Fo-ti is also called he shou wu, which means "black-haired Mr. He" in Chinese. This name refers to a legend of an older villager named Mr. He who took fo-ti and restored his black hair, youthful appearance and sexual vitality.

the list goes on :)

There are none. The effects are psychological. However people ascribe magical powers to tomatoes, oysters, ginseng, deer antler, seal penis, saffron, yohimbe, golden seal, dog meat and so on...but in truth, none are proven to do a bit of good. It is more realistic to approach the problem with a good diet, exercise and a good mental outlook.

Terrestris tribulus, Muira puama, Maca, Horny Goat Weed (this is NOT a joke), and Avena sativa are all reputed to help. Search them on swansonvitamins.com, and you will also see more options. Good luck.
