Do you have any idea about the true sentence boundary heuristic for english language. So i can make a good program to split sentences.Tell me your idea.. I really need this .thanks

Basic structure:
Subject (usually a noun or pronoun)
predicate (usually a verb)
(optional) object.
Then there can be any number of modifiers including complete phrases.
But for a program, you would probably be looking for the next Subject.

Here's one:
