Why are the same pay-as-you-go handsets often priced dramatically differently depending on which network you buy them on?

some providers just chare more to make money, simple as that, i found vodaphone to be expensive, and would recommend 02 because they are the best provider

usually the cheaper the tarriff the dearer the phone
if you use the phone a lot , more than £20 a month then your far better getting a contract that way the phone is free and you get a new one every year . i recommend o2 online
