Per Bloomberg

Spot gold:
Low on 1/2/2006: 516.88
Hight on 5/21/2006 730.40

Keep in mind that there are gold stocks BUT that actual gold is a commodity and not a stock.

I am looking at a monthly continuous chart of the gold futures contract - I see a low price of 548.30 AND a high price of 751.60
