Years of pollution have caused a massive effect and Earth is in danger of sweltering to death due to global warming.What is global warming? when worldwide temperatures raise to a certain amount,(max. by 2-3 degree celsius)it can lenghten growing seasons, ruining crops all over the world.

Today the world is not thinking about the rising levels of pollution.
Planting the trees can reduce the pollution as the trees take carbondioxide and release the oxygen which inturn taken by the living organisms.This is a wonderful cycle.Rapid industrialisation is a major cause for the global warming.So, the products produced must be eco-friendly i.e., easily degradable products.So, we must stop using polythene bags which are madeup of plastic which inturn takes nearly 400 years to degrade itself and moreover releases inert gases.We must stop the usage of refridgerators, Air-conditioners etc... which releases chloro flouro carbons(CFCs) which depletes the ozone layer as the O3 layer prevents us from harmful radiations which results in genetic disorders.These all discussed above me can reduce only air pollution.There are so many kinds of pollutions viz., air pollution, water pollution, sound pollution etc... To prevent water pollution we should not release chemicals into seas and oceans as the industries will do it.It also effects the sea life such as fishes,coral reeves etc... To prevent the sound pollution the automobiles must have super silencers.
P.S: To prevent the air pollution the vehicles run by fossil fuels must be stopped and should run the automobiles run by the electrical energy and solar energy.
By strictly following these points one can reduce the pollution.

As far as preventing global warming, that implies that you believe that if it were not for our polluting, global warming would not be happening. The debate is over the impact that humans have had on the climate. We know that we are coming out of an ice age, and the earth is warming up. Personally I dont believe that Man has had as much of an impact on global warming as the media makes it out.

As long as fossil fuels must be burned for energy carbon dioxide is a by-product that builds up in the atmosphere and absorbs more solar heat. We can inject that carbon dioxide deep underground. There is suitable rock strata for gas injection in much of the U.S.A. including old oil And gas wells. Eventually we will use renewable energy sources that do not contribute to global warming.. Like wind, wave, bionass and fuel cell technology.

2-3 degrees will take a lot of time...I think You and I don't live, if this higher temperatures are reached.
Don't see this to dramatical. I think the whole nature will find her own way to solve this problem.
All people should work together, but this is till now not reachable!
Your opinion that plants can grow better may be a way in future....the problem is to have enough water ......

By conserving and recycling.
We can use alternative products that are less damaging to the environment, such as non-aerosol sprays, paper instead of plastic, biodegradeable products.
Conserving water, electricity, and everything else will help a lot.
I think the we are damaging the ozone so quickly that it's what is causing the glaciers to melt and the continuous hurricanes and other major weather disasters.

stop using plastic bags ,fossil fuels and if all the people on the earth start using cars that use fuel as hydrogen or other that does not cause pollution we can see the difference in 5-6 months

GLOBAL WARMING.
You are right , temprature raises world wide by about 2-3 degree cel,
There are reasons to rise in temprature.
1Increase in population of living things,
2.Increase in vehicals and air traffic.
3. Increase in industries.
4.Damage of ozone layers due to chemicals.
5, Cosmic radiation increases.
etc.
We can tackel this problem as we have tecnology.

well, u have a very good ques. i think people should have much more awareness of wat is going in this world. awareness can be the first thing for preventin the green house effect. secondly one should know how to use the rescources properly. then recycling can be another way of preventing. opening of refrigerator for longer time should be restricted. last but not the least people should plan everything for their future as well as their future generation.

Reduce use of air-conditioners refrigerators as the gases they emit add to global warming (or change the gases used in them as coolants)
