Congratulations! My wife is also 21 weeks pregnant. 3 hours flight at this stage should be no problem. You will be okay to fly for another 2 months.
However, make sure to move around and drink plenty of water.
Take care and I wish you all the best for you and your baby!

For international flight rule of thumb is as long as you're more than 20 weeks pregnant, you might need to get medical endorsement before the airline allows you to get on to the plane. But if you're over the 32-week mark then it's a definite "no". Not sure what's the practice for domestic flight in Australia though. So, it should be safe to fly when you're pregnant within the stipulated time frame. Bon voyage!

They say it is safe to fly up until your late in your last tri-mester. But some airlines have different rules. Being that you are only 5 months, its probably nothing to worry about.

Your condition needs to be assessed by only YOUR doctor that knows your medical history. Many woman do it, just be prepared.
With all the "new" safety standards you may not get to bring the things "you" need carry on...so consider that as well.
Best Wishes to you both.
