That would probably very hard to do.

First, the seventh book isn't finished yet. JK Rowling hasn't finished writing it yet. So to get even the draft of the complete manuscript for printing (which was what Andrea got for Miranda) would be pretty difficult to get now.

And even if the 7th book is done, I think you must have some pretty strong and influential connections to get a copy ahead of the scheduled release date.

*sigh* I'm also waiting for it. I really think she's going to kill Harry.

A little implausible, that scene. So, what's your question? How to get the 7th book manuscript? Sounds like Mission:Impossible, right? Well, I have a detailed plan if you truly are up for it! Here's what you do:

1. Search up J.K. Rowling's address on the Internet. It's easy with Google nowadays.
2. Read up on lock-picking, and practice, practice, practice. Obtain the necessary gear to break a safe like that 'stethoscope' to listen to when the pins click.
2. Head to her residence and do a stake-out. Look out for any staff of her house, if she has any, like maid, bodyguards, etc. Recon and obtain floor plans of the house. Be sure to be discreet, though.
3. Get to know the names of the staff and acquaint with a few of them outside work. Select one who is of the same gender as you and is particularly meek or dislikes Rowling. Befriend him/her and get to know his/her address.
4. Once you've become the thickest of pals, gently suggest to him/her that you are a huge hp fan and would like to 'borrow' Rowling's script for the latest novel. Say you would like to wear the uniform and impersonate him/her for just a day. Offer an incentive or bribe the person if you have to. If he/she refuses, it's time to knock the sucker unconscious, whereupon you can then break into his/her house to steal the uniform.
5. Switch photos in the ID card, then slip into Rowling's house. Chances are the guards (if any) would be so complacent they won't notice the new 'employee'.
6. Most likely the millionaire author would have locked away the manuscript in a safe in her bedroom. As you would be familiar with the layout by now, sneak into her bedroom and locate the safe. But search the room first, it could be possible she would have just hidden it under her pillow.
7. Bust the safe. If all else fails, attempt to carry it undetected.
8. Leave the room quietly. But not before short-sheeting her bed.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! :)
