I will choose the first one... not because of money but because of the learning avenues available as an individual... and I think when one works in pressure he can develop as an individual. Whereas a relaxing environment may make person lazy... so at least for next 5-10 yrs I would not mind working in 1st type of environment but after a certain age 2nd is preferred.

The latter job, certainly. Pay cannot be the only factor, or you will grow ulcers and grey hair. Don't go that route. Besides, you get working with people you like, and doing what you like to do, the pay will improve. Go with where you can like it well enough to stay long enough to look good on any subsequent resumes (couple of years, anyway), and you may end up staying a great deal longer than that.

The first choice. I'd be afraid I'd get bored with the second choice. Also, after you have been in the position for awhile, you may find ways (like multi-tasking and time-mgmt) which will decrease the amount of pressure the position comes with.

If you need the cash, go for the 1st option.
If not, the 2nd choice will be better for your heart and health
