The heart doesn't purify the blood, the liver does.
The heart PUMPS the blood throughout the body. It is a muscle, no more than that really.
The kidneys clean your system, the liver produces and purifies your blood.
If your liver goes bad, you probably will die.
And I'm not sure how much blood the liver purifies in 24 hours.

heart only pumps blood. Not purifies. But if you mean "How many liters of blood the normal Human heart pumps in 24 Hrs.?", I think its 10,000 liters. and if "How many heart beats in 24 Hrs.?, I think its 100,000 beats per day

heart does not purify blood, this is done by liver and kidney,
the heart pumps blood, during this pumping action the blood goes through the lungs where the gas exchange takes place.
in the Lungs, carbonated red blood cells lose their carbon and acquire oxygen,
so through one end of the heart the carbonated blood goes in, then the gas exchange through lungs, then oxygenated blood pumped out the other end of the heart!
size of the heart will change, plus heart beat rates are different

70ml (SV) x 72 bpm (an average resting HR)= 5040 ml/minute or 5.04 litres per minute.
If you raise the heart rate to 180 bpm through intensive exercise:
70ml x 180bpm = 12,600 ml/minute or 12.6 litres per minute.

so a resting normal heart "purifies"/oxygenates 7257.6 litres a day
(5.04 * (60*24) = 7257.6

None, the heart only pumps blood, it doesn't purify it. That job is done by the liver, the kidneys and the spleen.

dude tht is a well dumb question the herat only pumps the blood and well since you only have about 5 pints in ya the liver can only clean five pints a day it just gets recurculated so all those oh it sdoes 100 gallons whatever are wrong get my point fo cheese
