I believe I read somewhere that the first computer was in Germany in 1940th and was used for accounting affairs and very huge !
There is no one inventor came up with "computer",Several idea from different people had been developing through years till now.

in the old times when 1 computer used to occupy a room insects used to fly in and blow up circuits, they called it Bugs,
so now you know how the term bugs came about..
