She had retired, the title is now vacant, and they will probably have some sort of tournament to determine who the next champ is. They gave the title to her as a way of thanking her before she left.

she poses a very reasonabe statement for her retirement.........
anyone and everyone should spend some time and enjoy their lives with nothing to bother them........
i dont think winning the title should change her mind....she will probably win it to embarass lita and prove herself to be the best wwe diva present...........
