When Eriol made the people go to sleep and make an eclipse, he tells Sakura that she must defeat him or else everyone will stay asleep forever.As we all know, she care so much about the people around her and agrees. Sakura nearly couldn't make it, Yue, Kero and Syaoran give/lend their powers to Sakura, who manages to defeat Eriol. The whole world goes back to normal then a weak Syaoran confesses to Sakura. Then the gang went to Eriol's house then it is revealed that the other half of Clow Reed is Fujitaka. Then Eriol with Ruby Moon and Spinel Sun go to England. Since all the card have been captured and there is already a new card master, Syaoran's mother phones him to come home. On the day he leaves Japan, Tomoyo has a concert but she tells Sakura to go to Li and say good bye. Then this dramatis scene in te airport. Then Sakura creates a new card from her emotions :The Hope. She clutches/hugs the card in hope the she nd Syaoran would meet again. Unfortunately, she didn't tell him about how she feels. Ehe...

In the current season - Sakura passes the test of Eriol with help of Lee n becomes the card master
Lee goes back to Hond kong but b4 tht he discloses his true feeings to sakura by giving her the teddy bear he made earlier in teh series (hope u remember tht episode)

Is the U.S when they aired it on Kids WB, Syaoran goes back to Hong Kong saying Good-Bye (Episode 20)
In Japan Syaoran tells Sakura that he loves her and that he's going back to Hong Kong, and thats when Sakura ends up falling in love with him. (Episode 70, a BIG Space between each episodes)

I was really about to ask the same question lol. I used to loved watching cardcaptors. i dont know why they cancelled it, it should come back on. Kero was so cute =)
