They needed a hand to make it.Its actually the day cleaners hand,they wanted to give her a break as she had never been in a video before and all she usually does is hoover and make the tea.Apparently she was well excited when she got the job and everyone gave her a big hand afterwards.

it was actually my hand, I am, a body double, and the hand is used tosymbolise the relationship between Nelly and her fans in as much as she is giving them the middle finger!
