Not real sure what this s all about. But, if you mean trust in self to do what is best by making right decisions, our best at task, etc... because no matter what you do,....it seems to never be right
in others opinion, or what you see as a outcome of your efforts?
If so, perhaps you are getting wound tight in corner by trying to hard!
Not a quick fix... But may help.... Day1 ask WHAT is most obvious (problem (s)) to cause your plight? Day 2: WHY does it cause so much grief? Day 3: HOW can you do better? Then on Day 4, put list together, with negative points/answers on the left, positive on right. Compare totals. If other people are a factor in pointing out your lack in the "perfection"dept., do the same with them in a daily list. ABOVE ALL ELSE, while these list are made,...list what you did right that day.No matter how tiny, % in contributing, or where you did it. Pick the one that YOU liked, then pat yourself with a smile! Remember the little Engine that could ("I think I can!)? Instead of " I think", say; "I DID!"

Trust in yourself lost ? No way.
Job, yes millions lose it everyday, and get better ones mostly.
This 'everything' does not stand to any reason !
How can anyone lose trust in oneself ? Hope , maybe yes, but very temporarily ! Hope is the basic survival instinct, it only evades appearance like the bright sun getting under a cloud for a while. No suggestion is required regarding action, since it is situation based, and the concerned person knows better, the correct option.

It's a dog eat dog world out there, the world is not fair, it's every one for themselves right? Wrong. Big mistake. True the world is unfair, but if you are unfair to it it will be even more unfair to you. Nobody is perfect and the world isn't perfect either. There are all sorts of people doing all sorts of things out there. It doesn't mean that it's right. The world isn't perfect, but it's working hard to get there which it does by punishing behavior which is bad and by rewarding good intentions. Just because it's not perfect, doesn't mean that it will not catch up to you.

Responsibility assumption is a doctrine in the spirituality and personal growth fields holding that each individual has substantial or total responsibility for the events and circumstances that befall them in their life. While there is little that is notable about the notion that each person has at least some role in shaping their experience, the doctrine of responsibility assumption posits that the individual's mental contribution to his or her own experience is substantially greater than is normally thought. "I must have wanted this" is the type of catchphrase used by adherents of this doctrine when encountering situations, pleasant or unpleasant, to remind them that their own desires and choices led to the present outcome.

It sounds more like you are losing confidence in yourself...losing your grip on what was once stable for you. But maybe it's not such a bad thing going on here...we are afraid of change. Maybe your life is just making the necessary changes.
Just be more confident that it's going to work out for the best. It may not look that way at first but it's not always easy. The hardest things we make it through are usually the most rewarding. Trust in yourself!!!!! You are all you have in the end!! Everything will sort out & you'll settle in again. It's just "CHANGES". Go with it & relax. Keep your head up!!!!

You might want to just drop everything and start over. I was feeling the same way as you this time last year. I moved to another city, got a new job, and that built up my confidence. Look into something like that.

A word of hope to those of you
Who try and try but never get your due
Channel your thoughts and all of your strength
To do the job the way it was meant

For one can see and you must agree
That deadwood will always be
In time you'll get a helping hand
So you must learn the tree will bend
Don't let them break you, stand your ground
No matter who they send to hound

This is easy for me to say
Because I've already had my day

Clear your mind of the negatives and relax. Enjoy the scenery, dont focus much on the misery we find everywhere or you`ll surely get carried away.

My advice: keep your life simple, less clutter, and love yourself especially!
