they have sent him only a part of the money that he was supposed to recieve.now he wants to get his money without much leagale husle and busle ,even though he has enough proof to prove his point .also needs to teach them a lesson .

teaching them a lesson requires a lot of hustle and bustle and most likely will cost him more than he is owed unless you follow suggestion 3 below.

I would talk to them and see if they have an explanation, and try to work out a deal. if they refuse you have 3 options which might work.
1. a letter written on an attorney's stationary, with the facts, threatening legal action.
2. small claims court, the appearance time might cost them more than he is owed so they may pay up.
3. call on the news stations in your area, many of them have a "shame on you" or similar segment and see if they will help you by "teaching them a lesson on TV"
